′Small Cafe & Shop′ was published by gathering café and shops under 100m² which are recently constructed. 100 or more works where 39 design offices have worked introduces the spaces of various atmosphere such as modern, classic, funky and others. The body is divided into café and shop and it is subdivided into café and restaurant for the café portion, and fashion, retail and beauty for the shop portion. Also blueprints such as floor plan, elevation etc. are added along with 8~10 cuts of photos for each pieces increasing the understanding of the project. ′스몰 까페&샵′은 최근 완공된 카페와 숍들 중 규모 100m² 이하의 매장을 모아 발간되었다. 39개의 디자인 사무소가 작업한 100여 개의 작품들은 모던한 느낌, 고전적인 느낌, 펑키한 느낌 등 다채로운 분위기의 공간들을 소개하고 있다. 본문은 크게 카페와 숍으로 나누어져 있으며, 카페 부분에는 카페(Cafe)와 레스토랑(Restaurant)으로, 숍 부분에는 패션(Fashion), 판매(Retail), 미용(Beauty)으로 섹션을 한 번 더 분류해 체계적으로 구성되었다. 또한, 각 작품당 8~10컷의 사진과 함께 평면도, 입면도 등의 도면들을 더해 프로젝트에 대한 이해도를 한층 높이고 있다. 이 책에 담긴 전 세계 소규모 공간들을 다양하게 살펴보면 최신 디자인의 동향은 물론 새로운 아이디어 형성에 큰 도움이 될 것이다.
